The company's predecessor, China-Poland Import and Export Trade Service Co., Ltd., was established in Poland in 2007. In 2017, it was renamed Northern Hemisphere Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., headquartered in Warsaw, Poland, with branches in Xiamen and Shenzhen.
The company currently has cooperative yards in Warsaw, Mara, Lodz, and Poznan, Poland, which can hold 3,500 containers. It also provides downstream services such as broad gauge transshipment, off-site container unloading, ground handling, non-clearance transit, and agency guarantee transit export to other EU countries. It also has a 11,800-square-meter bonded warehouse in the port of Gdansk in northern Poland.
Since the end of 2021, the company has been providing innovative and popular services to customers, transporting goods from China to Europe, Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan by road. Road transport is much faster than rail and sea transport because there are no extra loading and unloading operations or waiting times along the way, and it can transport a wide range of goods, including dangerous goods and large machinery.
On April 11, 2022, the company reached a strategic cooperation agreement with UPS Europe and UPS Poland. The company will build an overseas smart warehousing system in Lodz. The company will purchase the latest European UPS automatic conveyor scanning equipment, and UPS Europe will send technical personnel to achieve seamless integration with UPS express parcel scanning and online functions.
